When we decided to bring candles into The Crystal Quill, we didn't want dozens.

We wanted the few we genuinely love.

AEMBR has long been our personal go-to candle brand at home — loved for its beautiful burns, sophisticated fragrance profiles and the way its scents can completely change the feeling of a room without overwhelming it.

From AEMBR's fragrance collection, we chose three favorites that each create an entirely different atmosphere.

Lavender Haze brings the exhale — French lavender wrapped in Egyptian amber, myrrh, tonka and musk. Soft, warm and unexpectedly sultry.

Bibliotek brings the story — old books, rosewood, leather, fireplace embers, whiskey and sandalwood. Moody, intellectual and almost impossibly appropriate for a little shop called The Crystal Quill.

Hygge brings the warmth — orange peel, cinnamon, cranberry, apple cider, red wine and woods, finished with the gentle crackle of a wooden wick.

Made by female-founded fragrance house AEMBR and small-batch poured in Houston using a coconut-apricot wax blend, each 12 oz. candle offers up to approximately 85 hours of burn time.
