Refund Policy
All Sales Final
Each piece offered through The Crystal Quill is intentionally selected and curated with care. Due to the bespoke nature of our collections and services, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once a purchase has been completed.
Custom Curation Deposits
Deposits made toward custom or at-home curation sessions are non-refundable and must be applied toward your purchase within twelve (12) months from the date of payment.
Unused deposits beyond that timeframe will automatically expire and become void. To continue with a new curation after that period, a fresh deposit will be required.
No Shipping Policy
At this time, The Crystal Quill does not offer standard shipping services. All purchases must be completed and collected in person at our Simpsonville studio or during scheduled private appointments and events.
However, white glove delivery may be arranged for local clients who wish to acquire larger or more delicate curation pieces for their collections. Delivery availability and rates will be discussed on an individual basis.
