Studio Policies & Client Agreement

Product Integrity

Each crystal, mineral, and energy service offered through The Crystal Quill is intentionally sourced and curated. Due to the natural characteristics of these materials, variations in color, texture, and formation may occur. These nuances are part of the inherent beauty and authenticity of every piece.

Energy & Wellness Services

Energy sessions, including Reiki and intuitive work, are designed as complementary wellness practices and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Clients are responsible for their personal well-being and understanding of these offerings.

Sales Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a transaction has been completed.

Custom Curations & Deposits

Deposits made toward custom or at-home curation services are non-refundable and must be applied toward a purchase within twelve (12) months from the date of payment.
After this period, unused deposits will automatically expire, and a new deposit will be required to continue the curation process.

Delivery & Collection

The Crystal Quill does not currently offer standard shipping. All purchases must be collected in person from our Simpsonville studio or during private appointments and events.

For local clients acquiring larger or more delicate curation pieces, white glove delivery may be arranged. Availability, rates, and scheduling will be discussed individually and are subject to approval.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice until payment is completed. We reserve the right to correct any typographical or pricing errors on our website or in communications.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, branding, logo, and creative assets — is the exclusive property of The Crystal Quill and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
